About
us
Our
work in building better information strategies can be broken down into
three distinct areas that are interdependent; processes, control
elements, and supporting infrastructure. In examining these
areas (further explained below), the first step is process mapping
what you provide to your customers, how you produce it, what you use,
and how you deliver it. Having completed the process map, we work on
how to simplify the flow and processing of information, and then on
how to deliver and integrate these modified methods into your organisation.
During
and after the design work there may be a need to produce specifications
and tender documents, and organise a Request for Proposals for external
supplies, all of which can be done by Lucid Consulting. Throughout the
entire consultation, we work with a team of your staff so we can understand
your organisation and its needs completely and design the best possible
improvements for your information management.
