Typical results from a Consulting Assignment

The recommendations are normally for improvement project of the following types:

Strategic – changes may need to be made at a fundamental level, throughout much of the organisation, so it is more effective, as a whole. These can often result in modified processes and new ways of doing things so the organisation can achieve a shared vision.

Mandatory – changes that need to be undertaken to comply with laws or regulations.

Customer Service/Behavioural – changes that result in much better customer experiences.

Cost/Benefit – changes that deliver efficiency improvements that exceed the costs, often in a limited area, although some can have far-reaching impact e.g. a new accounting system.

Positioning – changes that mean your organisation can have a positive impact on social goals e.g. environmental protection.
