Ministry for the Environment – Information Strategy – 2003-2005

The Ministry changed its approach to improve its relationships with important stakeholders so it can become more effective in its work. These changes have and will continue to have a major impact on the way the Ministry must operate.

Mike worked as a member of a small team that developed a programme of improvements to the way the Ministry handles and transforms information. The programme was adopted and Mike has continued to advise on its implementation.
